8 Week FatLoss Package


In 8 sessions - with a customized nutrition and coaching plan designed just for you- you’ll release unwanted weight physically, mentally and energetically.

I will guide you through every step, cultivating accountability and offering loving support. We’ll address nutritional strategies along other areas of lifestyle (sleep, rest and relaxation, stress, emotional attachments to food and their cause...) that may be impeding you from achieving your wellness goals.

This includes:

  • An initial 90min WELLNESS ASSESSMENT consultation (in person or via phone / Skype) to analyze your health history, discover your dietary and lifestyle preferences, and establish your FatLoss and wellness goals.

  • A follow up 60min SESSION (in person or via phone / Skype) where we’ll review the customized plan I've designed for you, with foods to add and omit, weekly menu guidelines, food and supplement suggestions and shopping lists, and self-care techniques to support your goals.

  • Six 30min CHECK-INS (via phone / Skype) scheduled weekly to discuss triumphs, blocks and aha moments, reassess goals and adjust nutrition guidelines.

  • Instructions on how to move forward once the package is complete and the option to extend your monthly check in’s for additional support.

  • Email and text access throughout the duration of the program.
