  • – A simple nutrition guide, delicious menu ideas, easy recipes and meal suggestions for cooking simple meals at home, or eating out.

    – Weekly live group Zoom sessions to check in with your group, Q+A, and receive instructions for the week from Paola, with replays available.

    – Practical guidelines for movement, meditation, and sleep to support you in deepening your results.

    – In session meditation and journaling exercises to become aware of, and change your unhealthy habits, and break free from repeating them.

    – Daily text coaching support from Paola, via your complimentary membership to the PaolaGang online community app.
