DIGITAL COURSE - ENROLL ANY TIME

Achieve clarity and inner peace as you release a few layers, during my signature two-week mind and body nourishment reset. You’ll feel light, renewed and refreshed.

Enjoy grounding recipes while learning practical habit changing techniques, and practicing soothing self-care and meditation.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL FEEL

  • Having released physical, energetic and emotional layers.

  • With clearer skin, experiencing deeper sleep and diminished bloating.

  • With a lighter mind, body, and spirit.

  • – Weekly video modules with instructions, topic discussions, and energy healing work.

    – Customized self-care techniques, breath-work, and guided meditations designed to support a deeper energetic release.

    – A seasonal menu with delicious recipes specifically designed for weight loss and digestive balance.

  • Do I have lifetime access to this program?

You have 4 weeks when purchased individually, and full access with The Membership as long as it is active and in good standing.

What is the difference between participating in a live event vs. doing it digitally?

Live events have a few participants at once, so there is a group dynamic. Digital version is more individual and self-paced. You can always invite friends and other members to join in with you and build your own group.

Will you be coaching me though the digital version of this program?

Yes, you can check in with me at any time in the course live chat, ask all your questions, and request I review your progress.

Do I get any 1 on 1 access to you?

No, programs don’t include one-on-one access. However, you will have access to me through the course live chat, and weekly q+a coaching calls if you purchase The Membership.

INTRO VIDEO

“My biggest transformation has been both mentally and emotionally. I have essentially flipped the script regarding eating. Instead of punishing myself for eating 4 cookies after dinner and incorporating that shame as stress in my body, I accept it without judgment and move on.”
