A light and nourishing seasonal program. You’ll enjoy grounding recipes, learn practical habit changing techniques, practice soothing self-care, and experience loving connection to help you stay centered, joyful and clear. You’ll feel light, renewed and refreshed.

By using “food-as-medicine” you'll support body, mind, heart and spirit. You'll eat micro-nutrient dense and delicious meals assembled from recipes I've specifically curated for this program, and will practice supporting and nurturing meditations and energy work to release physical and energetic weight.

*This offering is recommended for students and graduates of The Journey and The Way, who have done the initial course and have the foundational knowledge of my programs. If you’re new to my teachings, I’d recommend you explore those offerings first.
