No. I provide macro and micro nutrient guidelines so you learn how to eat the foods you actually love! I believe in flexible dieting and and in enjoying life, so what I provide is structure, recommendations, and simple recipes so you can eat intuitively at home, when out, and while on holiday.

Everyone progresses at their own pace based on consistency, starting point, and goals. This program works if you work it. My clients typically experience shifts in energy, mindset and overall wellbeing and outlook on life within a couple of weeks, with deeper physical shifts appearing at 6-12 weeks. Consistency and awareness are the secret ingredients to success here.

No. Movement programs can be designed for home or gym. All fitness levels are welcome and programs adapt to your convenience.
