What is your non-negotiable self care routine or tool?
Oils, oils and more oils! I oil my hair, face and skin daily, and I’ve created my own blend since I’m so obsessed (coming very soon). oh and of course Vedic Meditation (always).
What is the best beauty / health / wellness advise a loved one has given you?
Beauty is a state of being. Age is a state of mind. And always moisturize - my mom.
