My simple breakfast you'll love and crave: Feel good day 4
I have to say, out of all my recipes and meal ideas the Goddess Smoothie is hands down the most loved - and craved. This simple shake will change how you approach your first meal of the day. It’s famous for converting “I’m not hungry in the morning” types, to “I can’t start my day without my Goddess!” breakfast lovers.
Today I give you the secret formula you can use to make ANY combination you like. As long as you follow these guidelines you’ll be foolproof in making anything from chocolate, to piña colada combos taste great.
(base) 1 cup unsweetened nut or seed milk
(protein) 1 unsweetened collagen protein
(fiber) A hand full of fruit, and a big handful of veggies like frozen romaine lettuce, chard, or zucchini
(fats) 1tb coconut, seed or nut butter, or ¼ to ½ avocado
One whole date or stevia to taste
Ice (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
