Paramatma Siri Sadhana lives in the ethers, an illustrious being, almost a myth - her words guide me. Through the Space Weather Service she gives daily transmissions illuminating the celestial weather and most optimal Kundalini practices from the Sat Nam Rasayan space. And boy let me tell you, this speak to everyones hearts.
She’s also the founder and director of The Invincible Hall in New York City. A direct student of Yogi Bhajan, the Mahan Tantric and Guru Dev Singh, the Master of Sat Nam Rasayan, her visionary work is leading a revolution in sound, meditation and consciousness in New York City and beyond ~ influencing meditative perspectives, teaching pedagogies and strategies, Aquarian perceptions, practices and the emergent lexicons of Aquarian consciousness.
Paramatma Siri Sadhana is also a musician, vocalist, filmmaker and honors graduate of Georgetown University.
Listen in for a mind expanding conversation, and if you’re in New York this week you can see her in action this Saturday May 4th as we co-host a workshop on inner and outer beauty rituals at The Invincible Hall. Come join us! info and registration here.

My mother always teaches me by example to keep moving ~ She used to take me as a girl to this modern dance class taught by a Kundalini yogini, Modern Body Education, it made an extraordinary impression and impact on me. She still gives me a regular update on her bike rides, walks and calisthenics. When we talk she asks “Did you move today?” “Are you praying?”
