Vienna’s Favorites:
Vienna what are your "keep my sanity"’ essentials?
My sanity essentials are maintaining healthy relationships and prioritizing connection and togetherness with the people in my life. Almost every week I get a foot and body massage from this amazing hole in the wall massage place that is so restorative. Working out keeps my sanity, diffusing oils, keeping my home as a calm and soothing space, sleeping (friends, invest in your sleep space), and maintaining a sense of playfulness in each day.
What’s your favorite workout?
Favorite workouts are boxing and The Class by Taryn Toomey. I do them both multiple times a week.
Your non-negotiable self care routine or tool?
Being at peace with myself and others. It's the greatest routine in the world. Clear, healthy thoughts and choosing peace over suffering as often as I can. But that's probably not the answer you were expecting ;), so....self care where I don't negotiate: vitamins, evening routine that winds me down for the day -- give me an Image Skincare sheet mask every night of my life and I'm a happy camper (have you tried them?!) and some Tammy Fender lavender oil. I'm digging dry brushing and using a gua sha to release tension in my face and jaw! AND...SLEEP. I don't short change myself there.
And finally what is the best beauty / health / wellness advise a parent or family member has given you?
Sleep and water do wonders.
Joy is what makes you beautiful.
