As welcome-again gift, here’s the base recipe for my Goddess Smoothie (the yummiest, most nutritious and easy to make breakfast), and my favorite flavor - chocolate!
GODDESS GUIDELINES
(base) 3/4 cup unsweetened nut or coconut milk, coconut water or brewed tea
(protein) 1 scoop collagen unsweetened collagen protein (I like Bulletproof)
(fiber and greens) A handful of leafy greens (romaine lettuce or spinach)
(good fats) 2tb raw nut butter + 1tsp MCT oil (I like Bulletproof Brain Octane)
One whole date or stevia to taste
Ice (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
CHOCOLATE GODDESS
(base) 3/4 cup coconut or nut milk
(protein) 1 scoop unsweetened collagen protein
(fiber and greens) A handful of spinach
(good fats) 2tb almond butter + 1tsp MCT oil
2tb raw cacao powder (I like Navitas)
One whole date or stevia to taste
Ice (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
