When eating animal protein (best source for a complete amino acid profile), be sure to choose cuts of meat that include their own fat such as chicken thighs, ground beef, and wild salmon with the skin on, which support in the absorption nutrients.

If you prefer vegetarian protein, a combination of edamame, peas and quinoa will give you a more complete amino acid profile.
