Best movement for fat-loss: Feel good day 13

The age old ethos of “eat less and move more” for fat-loss is vey outdated. As you’ve learned during this challenge, and by following my Ideal Plate guidelines, you’re likely experiencing results!

In reality, even 20 minutes of movement per day are enough to elevate your heart rate, use and move energy, and support a better mood. When choosing a structured training routine choose a form of movement that feels good to you, that you truly enjoy and feel you’re learning from.

Whether walking, running, yoga, pilates, or strength training, an understanding of WHY you’re training (endurance, muscle building, flexibility), and keeping consistency are key.
