Hi, I’m Paola. I’m a Wholistic Nourishment Teacher cultivating body-trust. I want to help you restore balance in your life, so you can feel happy, energized, confident, and at home in your body.
I know what it feels like to be burnt out, confused with changes in your body, and lacking the energy to manage work and life - let alone spend time on yourself.
While working together we’ll uncover the root cause of what’s making you feel tired, uncomfortable and self-conscious. You’ll peel back the physical, energetic and emotional layers that are causing your weight gain, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, or autoimmune concerns.
My Pillars Of Wholeness: Nourishment, Breath, Flow, Movement, Rest, Joy, and Awareness are a combination of science-based nutrition, practical self-care, meditation, channeled wisdom from Divine Source, and somatic energy healing practices.
These pillars will support you in accessing your body’s inner wisdom and intuitively knowing how to eat, how to move, and how to care for yourself. These simple steps are not a quick fix, they are tools you’ll rely on for a lifetime, and pass on to your loved ones for generations to come.
