The Easiest way to reduce sugar: Feel good day 8

We all know reducing sugar is one of the most impactful changes we can make when pursuing fat loss. Rather than replacing all sugars with artificial sweeteners (which are lab made and have no nutritional value), here are a few practical and delicious options you can rely on - and still get results:

  1. Choose high fiber fruits to add to your Goddess Smoothies; blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries being the best options. Their fiber balances the fructose in them.

  2. Eat fruit in the morning with the rest of your breakfast, rather than eating it alone. Again, having it with a balanced meal reduces the absorption in our gut, leading to less impact in our blood levels.

  3. Sweeten your Goddess Smoothie with 1-2 whole dates (lots of fiber and nutrients), or simple stevia leaf extract (herb).

Your task today: Try one of these options and see how your energy feels throughout the day. It takes about 3 days to rebalance your system once you remove excess sugars and consistency is key, so repeat, repeat, repeat.
