Best snacks for fatloss: Feel good day 11

I hope by now you’re feeling the positive effect having 3 Ideal Plate meals a day make: Your morning Goddess Smoothie sets the tone for the day, while lunch gives you the energy to carry you through the busiest time, and dinner seals the deal by giving you enough to close things off and have a good night’s sleep.

However, we sometimes do need a snack. If you’re truly hungry in the afternoon (and I mean not trying to take a break, or simply keeping up with the habit), here are a few simple options you can rely on and still achieve your fat-loss goals. Make sure you’re getting enough food on your Ideal Plates, but if you find yourself feeling hungry choose a snack filled with protein, fiber and fat. Examples include:

  1. A couple of hard boiled eggs and half an avocado with sea salt and a squeeze of lime

  2. Veggie loaded tuna salad on a cassava wrap

  3. Your favorite Goddess Smoothie
